Working principle of the cocoa bean peeling machine

The working principle of our cocoa bean winnower machine is simple yet highly efficient.

• First, the cocoa beans are fed evenly into the hopper. If the cocoa bean peeling machine is in a production line, the hopper will link to the elevator.
• Then, the beans are peeled by the rolling and frictional action of the peeling rollers, which will loosen and separate the skin.
• After that, the mixture falls onto a vibrating screen, which classifies the material into different parts based on their weight.
• At the same time, the fans use airflow to draw the separated cocoa bean skins into a cyclone collector for storage.
• Finally, the clean cocoa nibs are discharged through the outlet.
