To help solve the challenges of peanut harvesting, Taizy has launched three types of peanut diggers that achieve an efficiency of 0.33-0.99 hectare/h with a low damage rate. In addition, this machine uses the PTO power transmission method, which can be equipped with a tractor with 15-70 horsepower.

How does the peanut digger machine work?
With the help of the groundnut digger machine, peanut harvesting has been simplified to three simple steps, significantly improving work efficiency and greatly reducing labor costs.
Step 1: The peanut digger’s front features sharp blades that cut into the soil, loosening and lifting the peanut plants and their roots. Blades’ depth and angle can be adjusted according to soil conditions and the peanut’s growth depth, ensuring that the peanut pods are dug out intact without damage.
Step 2: After being lifted, the peanuts and soil will pass through a vibrating screen system. Strong vibrations can help shake off excess soil while keeping the peanuts intact. The cleaned peanuts will then smoothly enter the conveyor section.
Step 3: This belt conveyor will transport and neatly arrange the peanuts on the field surface, which facilitates subsequent drying or collection by farmers. Its speed can be adjusted according to different field conditions and the tractor’s speed.
