Australian Customer Ordered 700kg/h Peanut Butter Processing Line
An Australian client, after conducting market research, contacted Taziy Machinery Company with plans to expand their peanut butter production capacity. They requested a customized peanut butter processing line capable of stable, continuous industrial production at a rate of at least 700 kg/hour.
Customer requirements analysis
During initial discussions, the customer clearly stated the following specific requirements for the production line:
- Peanut butter production capacity of at least 700 kg per hour
- The final product must have a fine and smooth texture, suitable for commercial food use
- Capable of stable and continuous operation for long production runs
- All contact parts must be made of stainless steel that meets food safety standards
- Future scalability: compatible with existing or future packaging systems

Solution 1 – Standard configuration

This solution focuses on cost control but has limited performance in terms of production stability under ultra-fine grinding and high output.
Solution two – Enhanced industrial solution (Customer’s final choice)
Customized configuration of the peanut butter processing line, differing from the standard as follows:
- Dual grinding mills (TZ-180) for secondary grinding
- Higher grinding precision (2–50 μm)
- More stable output, up to 700 kg/h
- Larger capacity mixing tank with heating jacket for melting vegetable fats
- Multiple paste pumps to ensure smooth material transfer
- Complete conveying pipelines + centralized electrical control cabinet
- Interfaces reserved for downstream filling or packaging equipment
After a detailed evaluation, the customer chose the second solution, which better meets their long-term production goals and quality requirements. Installation and commissioning procedure
To ensure a smooth on-site installation, Taizy provided detailed installation instructions and wiring diagrams. These included electrical connections, motor inspection, preparation for conveyor pump lubrication, pipe assembly, and detailed factory layout.
Because the customer wanted the peanut butter processing line to be put into operation as quickly as possible, we packaged and shipped the equipment after a brief test run. Upon receiving the goods, our customer’s local installation team quickly installed the equipment according to our manual.
