Cocoa Powder Production Line Exported to Uganda
Recently, Taizy supplied a cocoa powder production line to a client in Uganda. The client purchased a set of cocoa processing equipment, which includes a roaster, a peeler, a colloid mill, a hydraulic press, a crusher, a grinder, and a filling machine.
Customer Requirements
The Ugandan customer needed a set of machines to process cocoa beans into cocoa powder. Rather than purchasing individual machines from different suppliers, the customer chose a coordinated equipment package covering the main processing stages.
To meet this requirement, Taizy configured a production line with six main processing machines and a filling machine. The equipment voltage can also be customized according to the customer’s local power supply.
Cocoa Powder Production Line Configuration
The production line includes the following equipment:

The process follows a practical sequence: roasting → peeling → grinding → pressing → crushing → powder grinding → filling.
Cocoa Powder Production Line Details
The roasting machine has a capacity of 50 kg/h and uses electric heating. The hydraulic press is rated at 20 kg/h, while the grinding mill supports adjustable fineness from 20 to 120 mesh.
The filling machine has a weighing range of 10–1,500 g, allowing the customer to package cocoa powder in different quantities.
These machines work together to cover the main stages of cocoa powder production, from raw bean preparation to finished product packaging.
Export Packaging and Delivery
Before shipment, the machines were wrapped with protective film, and the equipment was packed in wooden cases for international transportation. The packaging helps protect the machinery during handling and shipping to Uganda.
