A food processing client from Bangladesh, specializing in the production of salt-roasted and chili-flavored nuts, chose our industrial rotary nut roasting machine after comparing several suppliers.

What are the customer’s requirements for the machine?

The Bangladeshi customer clearly stated their requirements during the initial communication:

• The nut roasting machine will be used for roasting salted nuts and chili nuts, so the food contact parts must be made of 316 stainless steel.
• It must be equipped with sieves for separating salt and chili powder, and these screens must be easy to replace.
• The roaster machine must meet the following power supply requirements: 380V, 50Hz, three-phase power.
• Its production capacity must be no less than 40 kg/h, and the production schedule is tight, requiring the machine to be delivered as soon as possible.

Based on these requirements, our technical team provided a customized roasting machine configuration plan.
