How does a peanut picker work?
Peanut picking machine is mainly composed of an organic frame, electric motor (diesel engine), transmission part, fruit picking and picking part, fan selection body part, vibration mechanism, and so on.
During the operation, the electric motor or diesel engine drives the machine. Peanuts enter the fruit picking system through the inlet. Through the rotation of the drum picking rod, the blow makes peanuts detach from the stem.
Fruits and debris descend to the vibrating screen through the intaglio holes, and stalks come out from the discharge port. Stray fruits scattered on the vibrating screen reach the fan suction port (discharging debris) through the vibrating screen. The clean peanuts are selected to complete the whole process.
