Working process of the almond sheller and separator processing line

The main functions of the entire production line are: automatic shelling, shell-kernel separation, kernel grading, and color sorting. The final product consists of whole almonds, macadamia nuts, and other nuts of different grades.

The complete process of the almond shelling line is as follows:

1. Raw almond feeding and lifting: This step requires a storage silo and a lifting machine.
2. Rotary drum grading: Grading is performed according to different screen sizes, which helps to achieve a higher shelling rate during the shelling process.
3. Quantitative feeding to the shelling machine: Quantitative feeding ensures maximum production efficiency while preventing blockages.
